How to Download Your Digital Files

1. Add the digital product to your cart.
2. Complete checkout.
3. Open the order-confirmation page or delivery email.
4. Click the provided download button.
5. Save the ZIP or PDF file to your device.
6. Extract ZIP files before opening individual designs.
7. Contact support if the download link does not work.

Desktop Computers

Download the file, locate it in your Downloads folder and extract ZIP archives before opening the designs.

iPhone and iPad

Save the file to the Files app, then tap the ZIP file to extract it.

Android Devices

Use your Files app to find and extract the downloaded ZIP archive.

Cricut Users

Extract the ZIP, open Cricut Design Space and upload the included SVG or PNG file.

Silhouette Users

Extract the ZIP and import a compatible file into Silhouette Studio. Some SVG features require Designer Edition.
